Since it’s inception in 1991, Canyon Pacific Management has been led by Tom Scripps, Founder and President. Tom has a varied background including real estate development & construction, bank receiverships, and an MBA in Finance. At CPM, we are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about what we do.

We’re here for you 24/7

When you have a real emergency, were here for you 24/7. But, it’s important to know what is NOT
an emergency and will not be responded to 24/7. If you see water running down a wall, or smell
smoke, that’s an emergency. If the garage door is not working, that’s an emergency.

Ask yourself: are the occupants at risk? Is the building compromised (or will be compromised?).
If NOT, immediate response is not required.


We know that nothing is worse to an HOA than having lists and lists of things that don’t get done and then aggravate the owners. To eliminate this problem, we have created a unique tool to help our managers keep your HOA’s on track. It’s our computer shared desktop task lists with “by when” dates. We’ve spent years developing it. Our managers update them daily. In this way, we all help each other to see tasks completed.
