Tom Scripps: President and Founder


Canyon Pacific Management and Canyon Pacific Maintenance. Tom's experience includes real estate management, single family and commercial real estate development, and multifamily property ownership since 1975. He is a problem solver and creative in finding ways to manage, maintain, and profit from real estate ownership.

Dennis

Dennis D'Amore is Director of Operations

Dennis D'Amore is Director of Operations and in charge of all financial and disclosure aspects for our HOA and apartment clients. Dennis has an MBA in Finance and an incredible eye for detail and thoroughness when working with financial and disclosure data. He is responsible for creating and managing our electronically shared "Manager's Library"
which our managers refer to daily in regards all aspects of condominium and apartment management. He is a great resource and our managers seek him out when they have technical questions regarding HOA, Davis Sterling, and SF Apartment laws and procedures.

Our Team

Our team is varied, highly motivated, well educated, and fun to work with. We have a full accounting staff including A/R, A/P, and an Financial Manager. We utilize an in house leasing team for apartments, and our apartment property managers are required to participate in company funded certification programs sponsored by the SF Apartment Association and Professional Property Managers Association of San Francisco. Our HOA managers are required to participate in company funded education programs to maintain Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) certifications from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Lastly, we have a full time maintenance staff led by our Director of Maintenance.
