It’s affiliated company, Canyon Pacific Maintenance Company, has as it’s mission providing high quality property maintenance and vacant apartment remodelling services to Canyon Pacific’s clients and tenants in a timely and professional manner. In order to provide its clients with services under the direct guidance of its principals, CPM focuses on San Francisco and Bay Area properties exclusively.

CPM is composed of individuals with direct, hands-on experience in property ownership and management since 1980. The knowledge of the market by CPM and direct project management by the principals of CPM will result in the best results for the clients of CPM over an ownership period, however long or short term that may be. We have the ability to structure our focus to meet both a longer term goal, or a short term goal within an ownership cycle.
